1. Commitment to Intellectual Property

Softech Online Group ("softechonline.in", "we", "us", or "our") strictly respects the intellectual property rights of broadcasters, content creators, artists, and copyright holders. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (Title 17, United States Code, Section 512), the Indian Copyright Act (1957), and international intellectual property conventions, we respond promptly to valid notices of alleged infringement.

2. Audio Stream Aggregator & Player Architecture

Softech Radio is provided as a free, client-side web utility and stream directory. It operates strictly under the following technical architecture:

• No Media Hosting or Storage: We do not host, store, copy, rebroadcast, or transcode any audio or video files on our servers. All media data packets travel directly from the broadcaster’s original external streaming server to the user’s client browser via standard HLS/AAC/MP3 HTTP connections.
• Public Stream Indexing: The station directory contains references (URLs) to publicly available internet radio streams voluntarily published by broadcasters on the open web.
• Nominative Fair Use of Trademarks: Station names, frequencies, call signs, and logos displayed in the player are used solely for identification, descriptive reference, and nominative fair use under applicable trademark law. All trademarks, channel names, and audio copyrights remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

3. Broadcaster Opt-Out & Takedown Request

If you are a copyright holder, broadcaster, or authorized representative and wish to have your station stream or branding removed or updated in our directory, we provide an expedited, no-questions-asked removal process:

To file a formal DMCA Notice of Infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), please provide written communication containing the following details:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the specific URL, station ID, or material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Client-Side Web Utilities (Tools Suite)

All utility tools in our suite (e.g., Image Compressor, JSON Formatter, Word Counter, QR Code Generator, Speed Test) execute purely client-side within the user's browser environment. Softech Online Group does not receive, view, or retain any user files, text, images, or code processed using these tools.
