Softech Radio is a free, web-based directory index that allows listeners in India and the global diaspora to tune into public radio broadcasts.

• Zero File Hosting: Softech Radio does not host, store, cache, rebroadcast, or re-encode any audio or video content on its servers. When a user taps play on a station, their browser establishes a direct client-to-server connection with the broadcaster's official public Icecast, Shoutcast, or HLS stream server.
• Public Stream Directory: The stations listed in Softech Radio are indexed from publicly accessible stream URLs provided directly by broadcasters for internet distribution.
• Nominative Fair Use: Station logos, call signs, channel names, and broadcast frequencies remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. They are displayed strictly under Nominative Fair Use (Indian Trade Marks Act 1999, Section 30 & 15 U.S. Code § 1115(b)(4)) for the sole purpose of allowing listeners to identify and select their desired broadcast.
